Both plans include all athletes and staff. Choose Complete if families will register, send forms, and communicate through SidelineWorks.

SidelineWorks-Core

$1,500 per school / year

Track requirements and share participation instructions with school staff. Your school keeps its existing process for collecting and storing forms.

Build rosters. Add athletes and assign coaches and staff to their teams.
Keep track of requirements. Record completed paperwork and see which athletes are missing a required item.
Share trainer instructions. Give coaches and PE teachers the participation limits they need.
Prepare for practice. Check participation changes and organize lineups.
Ask a colleague. Message school staff when you need help or clarification.

Staff access only. Forms are collected and stored outside SidelineWorks-Core.

$3,000 per school / year

Everything in SidelineWorks-Core, plus family registration, forms, and communication.

Register for programs. Families can register their athletes and see what the school asks for.
Send in forms. Families can complete supported forms online or upload paperwork.
Review the original. SidelineWorks reads what it can; school staff check the original, correct the details, and confirm the requirement.
Keep forms organized. Find accepted forms and track expiration dates.
Stay in touch. Families can see participation updates and form progress, and message the appropriate school staff.

Family access is included. There is no separate family subscription.
