Pricing FAQ
How is District pricing determined?
District pricing is based on the number of schools. The base is $4,000 for 2–3 schools, scaling to $8,000 for 8–10 schools. Each additional school costs roughly $500/year — far less than buying individual school licenses.
Are there per-athlete fees?
Never. SidelineWorks charges by school, not by athlete. Whether you have 100 or 1,000 athletes, the price stays the same. We believe athletic healthcare should scale without punishing schools for having more kids in sports.
What counts as a "school"?
A school is a single physical campus with its own athletic program and athletic trainer. If your district has 3 high schools, each with its own AT, that's 3 schools. Middle schools and junior highs with athletic programs count too.
Is there a free trial?
The Phantom High School demo is a fully functional sandbox — no sign-up, no email required. It resets periodically so you can explore the platform freely. For a production pilot at your school, contact us.
What about state associations?
State-level pricing is custom. We work with state athletic associations to provide consistent documentation standards across all member schools. Contact us for association pricing.
